Returns & Refunds

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 48 hours of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

There are no refunds on any of the electrical components so please make sure what you are ordering is what you need.

There is a 15% restocking fee for any refunded item that has already been processed and shipped.
